Most Books of Common Prayer also usually contain:

services held throughout oneвЂ™s life ( Baptism, Confirmation, Wedding, Funeral).

services used to celebrate new ministries or churches (Institution of a Rector, Dedication of a Place of Worship).

ordination services (for a Bishop, Priest, or Deacon).

special services for Lent and Holy Week (like Ash Wednesday and Good Friday).

weekly worship ( Holy Communion, AKA вЂњLordвЂ™s SupperвЂќ or вЂњHoly EucharistвЂќ).

daily prayer services (the Daily Office).

It contains the written liturgies for almost any service that would be held at an Anglican church.
